Delivery and returns

At Witgoedkoopste, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Whether you order a new, refurbished, or outlet washing machine, refrigerator, dryer, or dishwasher, we ensure that your order is delivered safely to your home. On this page, you can read all about our delivery service, delivery times, delivery costs, return conditions, and refunds for returned products.

Delivery time

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Products in stock are usually delivered within a few working days. For larger orders, special products, or items that are temporarily out of stock, a different delivery time may apply.

As soon as your order has been processed, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. Should any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery of white goods

We deliver white goods throughout the Netherlands. Our delivery service is aimed at delivering your order safely and neatly. Please check the product for any transport damage upon receipt. Should anything unexpectedly be wrong, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer a suitable solution.

Delivery costs

The delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout, so you know exactly what to expect.

Return

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal. After registering the return, you then have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Return conditions

To process a return correctly, we ask you to take the following conditions into account:

• The product must be returned complete.
• Return the product in the original packaging if possible.
• The product must not be damaged or excessively used.
• Custom-made and personalized products are excluded from return.

Request return

Would you like to return a product? Please contact our customer service and include your order number. We will then send you the necessary information and instructions for returning your order.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. The refund will be processed within 14 days at the latest via the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
